Doctrine of Scripture.  We believe that the Scripture, both Old and New Testaments, is the inspired Word of God, without error in the original writings.  It is the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men and the divine and final authority for the Christian faith and life (John 17:17; 2 Tim. 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21).

Doctrine of the Triune God.  We believe in one God, creator of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Gen. 1:1, 26; John 1:1-5; 2 Cor. 13:14).

Doctrine of Christ.  We believe that Jesus Christ is true God and true man, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary.  He died on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures.  Further, He arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, where at the right hand of the Majesty on High, He is now our High Priest and Advocate (John 1:1-2, 14; Matt. 1:20-21; 1 Peter 3:18; Acts 2:23-36; Heb. 4:14; 1 John 2:1-2).

Doctrine of the Holy Spirit.  We believe that the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ, and during this age to convict men, regenerate the believing sinner, indwell, guide, instruct and empower the believer for godly living and service.  In relation to spiritual gifts, we believe that God has caused some of the gifts to cease such as the gift of apostle and the prophetic gift, signs, wonders and miracles, which accompanied them.  Since the gift of prophecy enabled the apostles to write the New Testament (to which nothing is to be added, Rev. 22:18-19), this gift certainly must have ceased with the completion of the canon of Scripture.  By inference, those supernatural signs and wonders, which validated the apostles (2 Cor. 12:12; Heb. 2:4), would have ceased as well.

Doctrine of Sin.  We believe that man was created in the image of God but fell into sin and is therefore lost.  Only through regeneration by the
Holy Spirit can salvation and spiritual life be obtained (Gen. 1:27; Rom. 5:12; Titus 3:5).

Doctrine of Salvation.  We believe that the shed blood of Jesus Christ and His resurrection provide the only ground for justification and salvation for all who believe, and only such as receive Jesus Christ are born of the Holy Spirit, and thus become children of God (1 Cor 15:1-4; John 1:12; Titus 3:5).

Doctrine of Ordinances.  We believe that Water Baptism and the Lord's Supper are ordinances to be observed by the Church during the present age.  They are, however, not to be regarded as means of salvation (Matt. 28:19; Acts 2:41; 1 Cor. 11:21-34; Eph. 2:8-9).

Doctrine of the Church.  We believe that the true Church is composed of all such persons who through saving faith in Jesus Christ have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit and are united together in the body of Christ of which He is the Head (Gal. 3:24-29; Titus 3:5; 1 Cor. 12:13; Eph. 1:22-23).  Thus only those who are members of the true Church shall be eligible for membership in the local church.  In addition, we believe that Jesus Christ is the Lord and Head of the Church and that every local church has the right, under Christ, to decide and govern its' own affairs.

Doctrine of Future Things.  We believe in the personal, pre millennial and imminent coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and that this "Blessed Hope" has a vital bearing on the personal life and service of the believer (1 Thess. 4:16; Titus 2:13).

Doctrine of the Angels.  We believe that angels are created beings and are therefore not to be worshiped.  Although they are a higher order of creation than man, they are created to serve God and to worship Him (Luke 2:9-14; Heb. 1:6-7, 13-14; 2:6-7; Rev. 5:11-14; 19:10; 22:9).  We also believe that Satan is a created angel and the author of sin.  He incurred the judgment of God by rebelling against his Creator (Isaiah 14:12-17; Ezekiel 28:11-19), by taking numerous angels with him in his fall (Matt. 25:41; Rev. 12:1-17), and by introducing sin into the human race by his temptation of Eve (Gen. 3:1-15).  Satan is the open and declared enemy of God and man (Isaiah 14:13-14; Matt. 4:1-11; Rev. 12:9-10); prince of this world, who has been defeated through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ (Rom. 16:20); and that he shall be eternally punished in the lake of fire (Isaiah 14:12-17; Ezekiel 28:11-19; Matt. 25:41; Rev. 20:10).

Doctrine of Resurrection.  We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead, of the believer to everlasting blessedness and joy with the Lord; of the unbeliever to judgment and everlasting conscious punishment (1 Cor. 15:20-23; John 5:24-29; Matt. 25:41).
